Since incorporating in 1996, Bachman Builders has completed over 100 new homes and countless light commercial and residential renovation projects. As a true custom builder, David has build all styles of homes from Victorian to Craftsman to French Country, in price ranges from the mid 100's to over $1 million. Renovation projects have ranged from industrial warehouse improvements to kitchen and bath renovations. Special design considerations like ADA  or religious preferences are incorporated in all aspects of design and construction as requested by clients. While all Bachman Builder  projects have exceeded energy code, we have recently started building to Energy Star (www.energystar.gov) requirements, achieving a HERS ratings of 75 and under. In recent years we have increased our work with architects due to the ability of our staff to work to high degrees of specialization. David often refers to himself as a "mercenary, working for my clients". While always inputting his vast construction experience into client's decisions, he fully understands that his client is in charge. Bachman Builders has built in Allegheny, Beaver, Washington and Butler counties, as well as the City of Pittsburgh, where David holds a license.
