David's wealth of architectural knowledge and construction techniques have led to the building of an extremely diverse portfolio of homes. Most of the clients who Bachman Builders builds  for bring their ideas and budget to David. Together, they develop the truly custom homes that they are. Bachman Builders has never built the same home twice. Each one is a unique expression of the client's needs, wants and budget. Early in the process, David explains that there are three variables to building a custom home; size, amenity and price. Two of these variables can be chosen as predominant choices of the client. David then shows how the other variable will be able to work to make the building of the client's dream home a reality.
